    Chris Mills is a highly accomplished Human Resource executive with exceptional leadership skills and commercial acumen. He has worked in diverse multinational businesses and SMEs across sectors such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Banking, Engineering, Rail, and Defence. He is an expert in strategic planning, talent management, learning and development, compensation, retention, change management, and trade union management. Chris has a proven track record of driving growth through innovative people initiatives and employee value proposition, with a solid understanding of ROI on all people initiatives. He leads with an engaging management style, setting high standards and promoting best practices. Chris has a successful history of maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues globally.

    SAMUEL KWADJO TEYE

    Samuel Kwadjo Teye is a seasoned Human Capital professional with over 20 years of comprehensive

    experience in the banking industry. He has a proven track record of providing strategic direction and

    leadership in People & Culture strategies, contributing significantly to sustainable business growth and

    the achievement of organisational vision and purpose. Samuel’s expertise spans Ghana, South Africa,

    East and West African countries.

    Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited, Samuel aligns the

    P&C strategy with business objectives, ensuring robust support for the bank’s strategic goals. His role

    involves building top-class capabilities within the P&C team to effectively support the business and

    organisation.

    Previously, Samuel held the position of Senior Human Capital Business Partner for Corporate &

    Investment Banking at Standard Bank Group in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this role, he provided

    strategic business partnering and support, driving the execution of people strategies across various

    African countries.

    Samuel’s career also includes significant roles such as Head of Organisational Readiness & Change

    Manager, Senior Human Capital Business Partner for Personal & Business Banking, and HR Business

    Partner at Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited. His responsibilities have encompassed strategic human capital

    management, performance consulting, talent and career management, change management, and

    employee engagement.

    Samuel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and a

    Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Science & Psychology from the University of Ghana, Accra, Legon.

    He also has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering from Accra Technical

    University.

    He is a Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) and a member of the Institute of Human Resources

    Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP) and the International Academy of Business and

    Financial Management (IABFM).

    Samuel’s areas of expertise include strategic human capital management and leadership,

    organisational effectiveness and development, reward management, industrial relations management,

    and internal human capital consulting. He is known for his strong leadership, creativity, and problem-solving

    skills, effective communication, and emotional intelligence.

    He has a passion for technological advancements, sound, and music gadgets.
